Data you provide
The enquiry form collects your contact, task description, selected service, optional name and consent. Do not send third-party personal data, passwords or confidential documents.
Technical data
The form also sends the page language, current page, entry page, campaign tags (UTM/ref), page version and an enquiry identifier. Campaign tags are stored in sessionStorage for the browser session. They are not an analytics ClientID. Server logs may include IP address and request metadata needed for operation and security.
Purpose and consent
We process enquiries to assess your task, contact you and prepare a proposal. The checkbox provides consent for this purpose and is off by default. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. Viewing the site does not constitute consent to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored by the operator’s application service. Authorised staff process them; configured delivery may notify staff through email or Telegram. The website does not use submitted text to train an AI model. Hosting and communication providers may process data as required to provide their services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
If an enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep contact details, correspondence and attribution for no longer than six months after the last substantive contact. If the purpose is fulfilled earlier or consent is withdrawn, we stop processing and delete the data within the applicable legal time limits, unless another lawful basis for retention applies. Contractual documents follow the retention periods required by the relevant contractual and legal obligations.
You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing info@
Local storage and measurement
Session storage keeps only attribution and service context, never the contents of your form. It is cleared with the browser session. This release dispatches local interaction events containing page, language, service and result codes; it does not load a third-party analytics tracker. Names, contacts and task text are excluded from event parameters.
